Positive: Best ever view onto the Ocypel lake, the most amazing sunsets from a huge terrace, apartments are super spacious. Big parking lot, surrounded by forrest or lake, barely any neighbours. Excellent internet speed, perfect for workation. Smell of freshly baked pizza from the restaurant below (Ocypello) is to die for. Takes max 1 min to get down the stairs and be on the (sand) beach. Lots of potential to become the best place to stay in Ocypel.

Negative: House needs some renovation, like kitchen sink or shower, some other minor fixes. The inner entrance door could use an upgrade as well.

Summary: Definitely coming back, this it the absolute best location in Ocypel.
